We only ship to the continental US and Canada.
We do not ship overseas.

Although we strive for perfection, occasionally a product may arrive with damage. Please note that our pieces are made from solid knotty pine, so please allow for slight imperfections - as wood is imperfect by its nature - but only adds to the character of the product. It is intended to have a rustic, old look and feel. Expect knots, variance in color, and natural cracks - as well as small edge “dents” or chips. 

Please contact us immediately if there has been damage to your order during shipping. Any and all damages must be reported within 5 DAYS of receiving the item(s) to receive full credit or a replacement. Damages will be assessed and picked up to replace if necessary.

Exceptions are only made if customer furnished specifications such as dimensions or color selection were deviated from.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and also check or Money Orders.  We will start your order immediately upon receipt of payment. All orders generally ship within a week from receiving them.

We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please use physical street addresses only.
